All this means that Sicilian cuisine

both varied and spectacular,

rich in flavors, influences and contrasts,

with a large amount of ingredients,

typical products and local recipes.

 

I hope to pass on to you, through my dishes,

all love and passion

that I have towards this art.

 

Because in the end cooking is not eating.

It is much, much more. Cuisine is poetry.
